• Implement the business strategy defined with the Director of the Division
  • Ensure, in collaboration with the various departments, the optimal customer satisfaction
  • Develop sales in accordance with budgeted objectives
  • Ensure control of the business and results (statistics clients, turnover ...) on a monthly basis
  • folllow the progress of projects to their completion and federate the project team dedicated to the client in order to respond the requests
  • Prepare the annual budget and conduct price negotiations ensuring the margins on the product portfolio
  • Develop customer knowledge: its strategy, knowing the account, its products,its competitive environment, the process of selection / decision of a project
  • Provide technical support to the customer in case of complaints, the needs, demands ...
  • Ensure effective customer service and on time


  • High Business School or Double competence as engineer with sales specialization
  • Experience of min. 3-5 years in a similar position in the sector food
  • English fluent
  • Knowledge of budget process
  • Knowledge of market
  • Excellent communications skills and negotiation, being open-minded, driving force, creative, autonomous
  • Profound IT Skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes
